How can I adopt a puppy from Golden Jewels?

In order to adopt a puppy from Crystal's Spring/Summer litter, you will need to follow the steps below:

     Step 1: Copy and paste the Puppy Adoption Application into the body of an e-mail, fill in your answers, and E-mail  it  back to us or print  it out, fill in the information, and fax it to us at 719-302-2355.

    Step 2: We will contact you and go over your application with you. 

    Step 3: If we agree on the adoption of a puppy, we will send you a Puppy Contract Purchase Agreement for you to sign and return with $500 to reserve your puppy.  This payment  must be made in the form of a US Postal Money Order or Money Order/Cashiers Check from YOUR bank and mailed within 3 days of receiving your Puppy Contract Purchase Agreement via e-mail.  You may also use Pay Pal but will need to add the additional 3.62% fees. If we do not receive your $500, then we will not be able to reserve your puppy for you.

     Step 4: Upon pick up of your puppy, you will need to bring the remaining balance due in the form of cash, a US Postal Money Order or Money  Order/Cashiers Check from YOUR bank.  If we are shipping the puppy to you, you will need to send the balance due + shipping costs in full BEFORE we ship  the puppy to you.  All puppies must be picked up between 7 and 8 weeks after birth.  Puppies being shipped out will be sent nearest the 8th week as possible.  Approximate shipping costs are estimated at $375.00 which includes shipping, special vet approved paperwork,  crate, water bottles, and our time for properly preparing the puppy for shipping. Shipping is dependent upon weather conditions.
